Junior Chamber International), Inc., is a worldwide federation of young professionals and entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 40. National Organizations federated to JCI are active in more than 5,000 communities located in more than 100 nations and territories.

The United States Junior Chamber (Jaycees) gives young people between the ages of 18 and 40 the tools they need to build the bridges of success for themselves in the areas of business development, management skills, individual training, community service, and international connections. The U.S. Junior Chamber is a non-profit corporation/organization as described under IRS code 501 (c)(4).

Our local chapter pays yearly dues for Scranton Chamber of Commerce membership. As such, Scranton Jaycee Members receive free entry to most Scranton Chamber events, such as business card exchanges. Please ask us how. The Scranton Chamber of Commerce brings the region’s leaders together to tackle the big issues that matter most -- quality jobs and quality of life.

The highest rated television news station in the Northeast Region of Pennsylvania airs our Annual Santa Parade each November in its entirety. The Scranton Jaycees thank WNEP-TV for their professionalism and dedication to our community.

POWER! is an informal group of professionals whose mission is to promote the
region as a vital and pleasurable place to live, work and play. The initiative has
successfully created a forum for professionals in the Northeastern Pennsylvania region
to not only meet, socialize, and network with their peers, but to also become involved in shaping their community.
