Planning is underway for our 18th annual Greater Scranton Jaycees Santa Parade, which is scheduled for

Saturday November 20, 2010.

This year's chairs are Kevin Leibold and Martina Coon.

Sponsorship

Corporate and individual sponsorships help bring Santa, the balloons (including costly helium) and various performers to our parade. The Parade could not happen without your support! If you would like to sponsor the 2010 Parade or find out more information, please contact santaparade@scrantonjaycees.org to be added to the 2010 sponsor list.

Participation

Registration for participation in the 2010 Greater Scranton Jaycees Santa Parade will open shortly. Please check back for forms. The deadline for entries will be no later than October 15, 2010. Please note that there is an entry fee, as listed on the participant application. As always, there remains no charge for community non-profit organizations.

Volunteers of all ages are also welcomed, however, balloon handlers must be at least 18 years of age. Please contact santaparade@scrantonjaycees.org if interested in participation or volunteer opportunities.

Vendors
If you would like more information on becoming a vendor for the Parade, please contact the City of Scranton's Licensing, Inspections and Permits Office by phone at (570)348-4193 or by email at licensing@scrantonpa.gov.
We ask that all vendors stay off the Parade route for the safety of everyone.
